Hello London,

I usually hate going out on the one night everyone else decides to go out, but Halloween gets a pass. Maybe it’s because I played my first proper gig on Halloween back in 2013, but I’ve always had a soft spot for it.

This week, we’ve got a few announcements, so bear with me.

First up, we’re throwing our first ever Halloween pop-up at Lab.Club this Friday. On the line-up: limi, Moontalk, Zerdazi, KAFN (that’s me), and the winner of our DJ competition, jungli. Expect filthy low-end across Dubstep, 140, UK Bass and UKG, played through a proper sound system. It’s free, BYOB, limited capacity, early start and early finish. What more do you want?

And if you’re a promoter thinking about putting on a low-stakes mini-rave or pop-up, this is also a good chance to come and see the venue in action.

Secondly, if you haven’t already, check out our guide to London’s Winter Rave Scene 2026/27. If you’re like me and plan your rave diary embarrassingly far in advance, it’s worth bookmarking.

Lastly, this week I’m deliberately skipping the major clubs. Halloween will have them absolutely rammed, so instead I’ve dug out smaller events, grassroots promoters, and a few niche parties that should deliver on both music and atmosphere. There’s everything from free jungle raves and queer techno to fundraisers, hyperpop, dub, acid, and some properly leftfield bits.

This list took some digging, so if you like what we do, come support us at Lab.Club this week.

See you on Friday ;)
