Hello London,
By the time this reaches your inbox, I’ll be in Morocco at a world music festival. Yes, I do listen to more than just electronic music. But fear not, I’ve still got a fiery line-up of recommendations for you, perfectly matched to the sweaty weather this week. Plus, a couple of brand-new venues have opened up, which I’m very excited to share.
Thursday is packed. Elusive producer Lone comes out of hiding with a booking at Number 90 alongside Lukas Wigflex. Acid house legend A Guy Called Gerald lands at The Old Blue Last, but if you want something really niche, Shai Space is hosting Cassette Culture, featuring ambient and experimental music played on, you guessed it, cassette tapes.
On Friday, a new club - radial - quietly launches in Tottenham, taking over the old MOKO space. It opens with a brand-new night from Delay Grounds, while not too far away at Distillery N17, OK Williams and Jialing bring the percussive, queer, bass-heavy heat. If you’re craving techno in a church, head to HORIZON ZERO. For something with more of a community feel, Nan’s Basement celebrates its 2nd birthday with feel-good house and electro. Oh, and they’re giving away a year’s supply of beer, so head to their Instagram for the details.
Saturday is all about Multi Multi, but I’ve already blabbered about them at length in our articles, so all I’ll add is this: they’ve got an afterparty with Jane Fitz at Colour Factory. Beyond that, there’s plenty of techno to choose from, whether it’s Italian electronic music pioneer Donato Dozzy at fabric, minimal techno master Ø [Phase] at Gaffe, or low-key queer techno at a secret venue with Minus Pink.
Sunday is also packing a punch. Shy FX takes over The Cause for an open-air party, while WARP’s current obsession Chinese Daughter goes b2b with Benton, plus Rebekah Abdeen at The Glove That Fits. But if you want a 20-hour marathon of minimal and techno, head to Starlane Pizza Bar.
Use Sunscreen,
Afaan

radial, Tottenham
radial is a club / live venue set up by and attached to Ten87 professional music studios in the heart of Tottenham. Situated 5 minutes walk from Seven Sisters tube station, radials' intentions are focused on community and sound. An adjoining outside bar sits aside a dedicated indoor club space, lit by a dim orange hum of warm cyclical light. The launch event is this Friday where Delay Grounds is setting up camp with a brand new club nigh. Also their summer programming is filling up fast with some of the tastiest underground artists London has to offer.COVEN, Soho
COVEN is a queer cultural space where music, art, nightlife and community collide.Founded by Matthew Jacobs Morgan in June 2025, COVEN began in Hackney and quickly grew into a home for queer artists, performers, musicians, DJs and communities. Now relocated to Soho, COVEN is building a new kind of queer venue: part nightclub, part performance space, part community hub, and entirely rooted in connection, experimentation and joy. COVEN launched just last weekend with tickets to their events selling exclusively on their own platform. Stay tuned for more updates on this club.
