Hello London,

This week promises to bring more sunny spells, so we’ve got a bouquet of free events, fundraisers and open air events, plus an installation from Jon Hopkins at Southbank Centre as part of its annual Meltdown series.

On Friday, house legend Todd Terry returns to London for an extended set at Night Tales, blessing us with his classic sound. Octo Octa takes over The Cause alongside house music historian Fafi Abdel Nour serving a Berlin-meets-London sound for record label Home Again. But if you want something with a bit more bassweight, head to Phonox where Mala continues Deep Medi’s June residency.

Saturday, if you’re into garage and grime, Outro Festival has an eye-watering line-up of the best in the business, with 15 hours of music at The Cause. For modular powered industrial techno you can’t miss Surgeon at FOLD. And for a Middle Eastern electro punch, head to fabric for Acid Arab.

On Sunday, make your pilgrimage to the techno church of UNFOLD or choose between Soulwax and Sedef Adasï at Southbank Centre.
