Itā€™s Valentineā€™s week, which usually means a wave of cheesy playlists and eye-watering ticket prices designed to rinse your wallet. But fear not. Iā€™ve pulled together a run of choice, pocket-friendly, community-led events, alongside a couple of heavyweight names I simply couldnā€™t ignore.

On Friday, Danilo Plessow, aka Motor City Drum Ensemble lands in London with his signature blend of deep house and disco. Saturday sees A Guy Called Gerald perform live for the launch of STROBE SOUNDSYSTEM - a killer new sound system and AV experience. And on Sunday, youā€™ve got options: commit to the bi-monthly queer mass at UNFOLD, or take it easy with house and electro grooves at the newly opened Timber Loft.

In Lab.Club news: if you missed it, weā€™re hosting our first-ever Open Decks in collaboration with The Faded Community. Tickets sold out in under 48 hours (mad!), but keep an eye on our socials - there may be a last-minute drop.
